Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 11, 2026. Wembry ("the Service") is operated by White Space Vision Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and authentication identifiers when you sign up.
• Business data you connect: when you connect a platform (such as Shopify, Meta or Google) through its official authorization flow, we access the data needed to show your metrics: orders, revenue, payouts, ad spend and campaign performance. We never see or store your platform passwords.
• Usage data: basic technical logs (pages viewed, errors) used to keep the Service working and secure.

What we do with it

We use your data solely to provide the Service to you: displaying your dashboards, computing your metrics and forecasts, and improving reliability. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your business data for advertising.

Where it lives

Data is stored with vetted processors: Supabase (database hosting, EU region) and Vercel (web hosting). Access tokens for connected platforms are stored server-side only and are never exposed to the browser.

Your rights (including GDPR)

You may access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Disconnecting a platform stops all further collection from it. For any request, contact us at hello@ our domain, and see the data deletion page for the full removal process. If you are in the EEA/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, associated data is removed from production systems within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention.
