Effective date: August 11, 2026. These terms govern your use of Wembry, operated by White Space Vision Ltd. By creating an account you agree to them.

The Service

Wembry provides business analytics and financial visibility for ecommerce businesses, based on data you choose to connect. During early access the Service is provided free of charge and features may change without notice.

Your account and data

You are responsible for your account credentials and for having the right to connect the business data you connect. You retain all ownership of your data; you grant us the limited right to process it in order to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no unauthorized access attempts, no reselling without agreement, no use that violates the terms of connected platforms (Shopify, Meta, Google and others).

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". Metrics and forecasts are informational tools, not financial, tax or legal advice, and may contain inaccuracies originating from connected platforms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
